Description

Orfei 1214

Artist: Atanaska Todorova with Radi Angelov's Orchestra
Tracks: Stoyan i Nedka (Bicheto) Pts 1-2

Bulgarian urban folk music - another slow, mournful "bavna pesen" piece. Performed by female singer Todorova, with "orchestra" (really just a small group) led by fantastic clarinettist Radi Angelov, and violin, etc. Recorded probably in the mid 40s or so on the local Orfei label.

Condition:  VV+ (play wear and light marks - some groove wear at heads of each side, though not horribly intrusive, best with small needle)
