The condition of the cover is VG with the original HYPE STICKERS (see photos)! There is radio station stamps on the cover and labels and a small 2" bottom center split. The top seam and spine are fine. The condition of the disc is a conservative EX and it plays great!
Scarce 2nd LP by BULL ANGUS, a loud hard rock sound of the early 70's that appeals to fans into "Bang!", "Sir Lord Baltimore", and all the other early heavies... etc.
Includes the RARE printed Mercury Records inner sleeve to the pressing
New York's Bull Angus were one of those bands that should have been huge. With Franke Previte handling the vocals with extraordinary ease and a style that blended Zeppelin, Deep Purple and even edges of Sir Lord Baltimore, the band released two exceptional albums for Mercury before disappearing without a trace. This gem, their second album delivers the same style meat & potatoes hard melodic rock as the first. This one even reminds of the better moments of Grand Funk Railroad (red album) ~~ They even deliver a cool heavy version of Savoy Truffle from the Beatles 'White Album' ... Feast your ears upon this hard rock classic and marvel at one of the 70's lost talents.
