AT THE STATION
1966 uk Parlophone Demo R 5494 (1G-1G). Here is a mega-rare original uk Demo issue of this superb obscure Mod-Freakbeat 45 by the 'Bunch O Fives', this is one of those cases where the Demo really is so much rarer and harder to find that the stock issue, there are around 10 copies of this 45 listed at popsike and all of these are standard stock copies, there are no Demo's listed at all, this is a good indication of how rare this Demo pressing really is. Both tracks are excellent, but the brilliant Mod-Freakbeat B-side 'At The Station' is the better of the two. With this listing i have provided a complete MP3 of the fabulous B-side, this MP3 was taken directly from the Demo vinyl for sale. All pictures are of the actual 45. Please check out my other items!!
CONDITION = MINT-
Both sides of the vinyl have a brilliant original deep glossy sheen, there are no scratches, surface marks or scuffs at all, both sides look in MINT- as new condition. Both tracks play and sound really fantastic throughout with barely even a hint of background noise, this super-rare Demo 45 has only ever had just a couple of very careful plays on a decent turntable in 44 years, so there is no lessoning in the sound quality at all. The labels are in excellent condition. The 45 comes in it's original Parlophone records paper cover which is in very good+ condition, there is just some light creasing but no seem splits.
If you collect rare Mod, Psych and Freakbeat 45's, and the stranger and more obscure beat and Pop-Sike releases from the mid to late 1960's, then this musically excellent super-rare 1966 MINT- Mod-Freakbeat Demo 45 by the 'Bunch Of Fives' would make a really brilliant addition to any serious collection.

The recorded post option is always there, it may cost a few extra pounds for international buyers, but it is definitely worth it for the extra piece of mind.
