BURNIN RED IVANHOE: M144

Ultra rare press on the red/orange Sonet label, including the Knight and popup coverart

This is a fantastic copy of their first and most psychedelic album a classic album that ranks among the best Danish albums along side with Culpeppers Orchard, Youngflowers, Pan, Old Man & The Sea. Double LP with one LP song in Danish and the other in English, fuzz guitars, violin, flutes, saxophone (used in a cool way) and vibraphone. This album is top class. Fold out theatre cover. Highly Recommended. The Cover is in a very nice condition with a minimum of wear. The Knight has a little wear and the fragile spear has a little repair.  The LPs looks close to MINT and appears to have been been played a few times only with a few hairlinemarks on side 3, this is the pressing on the orange/red label with better sound quality. Solid EX. This LP has not been reissued since 1979 (without pop up art and Knight). LPs with knight in this condition are rare as gold dust so grab one now...

Please see my other items for more original folk/psych/garage/kraut/rock/acid/beat/prog/rock albums from all over the world...

Condition (cover/vinyl):   EX,EX,EX

Label and year of release: Sonet (red/orange label), Denmark 1969

There is nothing more irritating than buying an LP which is overgraded (about half of the LPs I have bought via Ebay has been overgraded.) so I try to grade as accurate as possible both visual and (mostly) audible and describe any flaws on the record. I grade under a 100W light bulb or sunlight. For playgrading I use my Gyro Deck turntable fitted with a Benz Micro MC pick up. If there is any dissatisfaction with any LP there is off course a moneyback warranty.

M-: Perfect copy, the copy that looks like it was bought yesterday and only have been played a few times.

EX: This has been played but still a very satisfying copy that would please most collectors. No scratches or coverwear, LP plays without any problem, as good as perfect in fact many dealers M- is what I would call EX

VG++: This copy has been played and cover has some wear but still a very good copy that should satisfy most people except the MINT puritans

VG+: This is a played copy, plays with some clicks and background noise. But still the music should be the central part. Cover has ring wear but still not a torn cover or anything.

VG: This is a more used copy with some scratches and clicks, no stops or skips though, cover has heavy wear.
