Ultra Rare LP of Baby Face Willette - Behind the 8 Ball (Argo 749 - mono) Original 1960s tan label U.S. release of one of the legendary organ classics of all time. Features organ master Willette along with Gene Barge on sax, Ben White on guitar and Gerald Donovan laying down the beats on drums. Extremely rare LP that no DJ can be without.
The LP is in VG/VG+ condition with marks but nothing that appears to be deep or serious. The cover is equally VG/VG+ condition with NO tape, NO writing, NO splits, NO stickers or stamps - just general age/shelf wear. All seams are holding together well. A great copy of a highly sought after soul jazz classic.
