This record is in Ex/Ex condition.
The record is graded first, if there is no second grading it will have a plain sleeve.
(DER 1301). Mega rare privately-pressed 12 track album by BABY SUNSHINE private LP by folk singer IAN SCOTT MASSIE on the very rare label cat no. DER 1301. It was recorded in 1976 at Durham University and features Ian Scott Massie, Roger McKone and Viv Ellis with a mixture of traditional and new songs. Tracks: Baby Sunshine, Ride Me Down Easy, You're The Road That Leads Me Home, You Make Me Feel Just Fine, Patrick's Island, Brand New Morning, Ity's Is Lost, Who Has Called Us, Far In Our Flight Faring, Look At The Way You Were, Free To Loose Your Freedom, Lord Frankin, The Shearing Song, In Good King Arthur's Days. Included is a loose-leaf insert featuring track listing ad recording information. The record and sleeve are both in excellent condition

I use the following grading on all vinyl
MINT
The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised, as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
NEAR MINT
The record shows some light Dust marks , but there is no lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight Marks or wear
EXCELLENT
The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD
The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
