Pierre Fournier (cello)
Archive Production 198686; 198687; 198688 — 3 stereo LPs Condition When examined in a room that has bright sunlight, these LPs appear very clean in close to NM condition. When held & examined very close to a bright light, the LPs appear in VG+ or slightly better condition with a few minor non-feelable surface marks. The LPs play in VG+ condition, with some light-sounding surface noise & some very infrequent slightly more than light-sounding surface noise, as played on a sensitive system (Basis Debut turntable, Vector arm, Transfiguration cartridge). One LP side has about 4 minutes of light sounding tics. The record labels are clean and bright silver showing a few small spindle marks on each label. The covers are in EX+ or better condition, with but light wear. Info Early issue of these famous albums. Album covers and record labels indicate Archive Productions instead of Archiv Productions which was the label used on later issued albums. LP Grading, Payment & Shipping Terms, Etc. Grading Descriptions Follow the link to learn more about the grading used to describe the condition of LPs. NOTE: Unless indicated otherwise, the Seller applies MINT & NM as follows. MINT refers to an LP that is factory sealed. NM is the highest grade given to an open LP and album cover. A NM visual grade indicates an LP that is not sealed AND visually appears pristine/unplayed. A NM play grade indicates an LP plays exactly as or is extremely close to how a particular album would play if it was just unsealed. To determine visual grades, LPs are positioned close to a bright light which indicates flaws not noticeable in other lighting conditions. Payment Terms Buyer must contact the Seller within 3 days after the auction closes. If Paypal is used, payment must be received by the Seller within 3 days after auction closes, or within 10 days when other payment options are used. Should payment not be received, Seller reserves the right to cancel the auction and ebay might file an unpaid bidder action. Acquiring LPs and creating ads takes a lot of time & expense, so please be a responsible bidder. Packaging LPs ship properly packaged to eliminate all but the most severe abuse. For used LPs, insulation is placed inside boxsets and single LPs are re-sealed to prevent movement. Instead of single-walled mailers, odd-sized albums such as some boxsets ship in a significantly robust double-walled box and with the albums insulated from the inside of the mailer via a type of double boxing. For single LPs, the most robust LP mailers are used. These mailers were selected after rejecting many alternative LP mailers that did not meet critical requirements for rigid protection to the mailer's corners. Excellent packaging—though the supplies, included in the ship fee, sometimes cost more than typical. Ship Fees Shipment for 1 standard sized LP in the USA via Media Mail is $4.90, which includes the cost of shipping materials. LPs weighing greater than 180 grams, gatefold covers, box sets, & multiple LPs will likely increase this fee. Shipment via Priority Mail, which some feel incurs less mischief while in transit and has a significantly quicker delivery time, is available within the USA as an extra cost option. Payments must clear prior to shipment. Reduce Shipping Costs Will ship multiple auction wins from any current auction in one package whenever possible. If interested in auctions closing on different dates, please email your intent to bid on other auctions prior to the closing date of your initial auction win. Insurance Purchasing insurance is optional though recommended as the Seller is not responsible should the post office damage or misplace a package. Although the Seller will assist in filing an insurance claim, the Seller cannot provide refunds for lost or damaged shipments as any such occurrence is the fault of the shipper not the Seller. Feedback Policy Our transaction will be a positive experience. Once you're satisfied, please leave feedback. In turn, Seller will leave feedback which will close his responsibilities and our current transaction.
