Description
J S Bach The Complete Cantatas. Solists Leonhardt Consort or Concentus Musicus Wien, dir Gustav Leonhardt and Nikolaus Harnoncourt.
This is all 45 volumes of the Telefunken Bach Cantata series, one of the outstanding achievements of the recording industry. The 90 LPs are all "as new" and almost all are unplayed. I am charging less than £4 per LP.
Volumes 44 and 45 are VERY RARE. They were never issued on vinyl in the UK. I personally had them imported them from Germany to ensure that the set was complete.
All volumes have, of course, the booklets and the complete scores which accompanied the series.
I am very sad to be selling these but...
...they are part of a collection of 2-3,000 LPs which I am slowly putting on ebay. They are nearly all unplayed and "as new". Many moons ago I owned a specialist classical record shop and when I sold the shop, I took the stock home and it has sat on shelving every since. Downsizing means I need to sell much of the collection.
