Bach — St. John Passion, conducted by Benjamin Britten, with Peter Pears and an outstanding British cast. It’s a deeply moving, dramatic performance that many listeners return to for its clarity, intensity, and the “human” feeling Britten brings to Bach’s sacred narrative.

Collector highlight: this set includes a handwritten dedication/provenance note inside the box dated Jan 17, 1975 (please see photos). Details like this make a vintage classical box feel personal and one-of-a-kind. Item details
