Description
Balance by Van Halen is a vinyl LP released in January 1995 under Warner Bros. Records. This is a first pressing. The record features hard rock and rock & pop genres with a run time of 53 minutes. Produced by Bruce Fairbairn, this release includes a photo/lyric sheet, The album is pressed on black vinyl and was manufactured in the United States.
Album sleeve, and insert are all in extremely clean condition. Track one of side 2 has a very light scratch . I have played the album and there is no sign that the audio quality is affected. The lyrics sheet and record sleeve are extremely crisp. I rated the album as VG+, because of the light scratch. The sleeve and lyric sheet are NM. as near mint.
I am open to any questions or criticisms. This is just one of the quality albums that I have in a very large collection that was recently acquired. I will be posting more in the coming days and weeks.
