"446 W. 50th St., N.Y.C." label and deep groove both sides. "RVG" is the in runout both sides. "AB" in the runout Side B. Cover has "447 West 50th Street, New York 19, N.Y." address and "G E M Albums" notation. Cover is laminated and "frame" style.
Record looks and plays VG++, near M-. Plays clean and quiet. There are two lights scuffs on each side.
Cover is VG to VG+
Front cover is glossy and has light to moderate wear with small spots of heavy wear at the bottom. Bottom seam split 1/2 inch at the pocket with heavy wear. There's also a few more small spots of heavy wear on the seam. Also another 1 inch long split, untaped in middle of bottom seam. Top seam and spine intact. Spots of heavy wear at the corners. The back cover has moderate wear, a removed sticker spot and stain at the bottom with some cover slick missing.

My highest grade is M- and I rarely grade 50s or 60s records M-. Records are graded visually using the Goldmine system. M-, VG++, VG+, VG, VG- etc. I play grade any potential problem areas. I attempt to grade conservatively, listing all significant flaws. You will be satisfied. No hassles.
