Description

   Vinyl records pressed in Lebanon are extremely rare and very hard to find items in any condition, produced for a few years in the late 1960's until forced to stop by the onset of civil war in 1975. All the international artists and bands were popular in Lebanon, and only a few copies survived the last thirty years in very good condition, including limited editions of multi-colored 7" singles and unique white label samples for radio and club DJs.

Barry Goldberg co-founded 'The Electric Flag' with the late great Chicago blues man Michael Bloomfield and performed and recorded with some of the music industry's biggest names including Frank Zappa and Bob Dylan. He wrote songs (some were co- written with Gerry Goffin) that were recorded by Gladys Knight, Gram Parsons, Rod Stewart, Steve Miller, among others.

The 1st track is a mid tempo minor blues with a pop/soul feel to it, it was later recorded by Gladys Knight and the Pips. B-side track is a typical country song.

The record on offer looks like new with its just pressed shine, as if straight from the pressing plant. No visible marks at all, not even the barely visible thin hairlines, truly stunning !!!

 The disk will be packed seperately from its original company sleeve in a high quality plain white sleeve and a polythene cover.
