Description

 Here you have the ultra rare original "Yellow Goat" pressing of Bathory's self titled debut on Black Mark Records (BMLP-666-1.)  I tried to find some info on this, most sites state 1000 copies were made, but there are references to Quorthon having destroyed most of them, leaving 100-200 available.  Whether this is true or not, I don't know.

The cover is definitely showing some age.  There are creases, bends, and some evident edge wear.  I tried to point out some obvious spots with white arrows on the back cover.  (The second arrow down is pointed at a scuff/scratch mark that appears on the back.)

The vinyl itself has that static sound, but generally noticeable between songs and intros.  There are no skips.  I just listened to the entire album start to finish to make sure.  Is totally enjoyable to listen to.

Putting a low starting bid on this with NO RESERVE!  For sure, this is not a mint copy, but there are not many to be found.  This is definitely a piece of Black Metal history.
