Description
What your bidding on is a very very rare 12" redord of Bathory's second album "The Return". Originally released in 1985 this is the original press NOT A REISSUE. This was sent out to underground metal radio stations as a promo and contains a glossy 8 by 10 photo and a photo copied letter from Dave Williams of Blood Press describing the band(see photo's). On the back of the record there is a gold stamp "Loaned for promotion only not for sale". The record is in amazing like new condition. Bathory is a very important band in the history of black metal and this would be a great addition to a collectors collection, or great to start a collection with. Any questions just ask.

This is the first TRUE black metal album ever, and damn it's dark!
Every track is brilliant, but the classics "Born for Burning" and
"The Return of Darkness and Evil" are truly breathtaking.
Quarthon is really a mastermind.
If you are wanna hear the roots of modern black metal, buy this.
