   Hello up for auction is Mantle-Piece by The Battered Ornaments. This Lp is on Harvest/EMI  SKAO-422 in stereo c.1970. The songs are:

    Sunshades  -  Late into the Night   -   Then I Must Go   -   The Crosswords and the Safety Pins  -   Staggered  -  Twisted Track   -  Smoke Rings -   Take Me Now  -  My Love's Gone Far Away

   Originally featuring Pete Brown and a young Chris Spedding .  This is their second album. The interesting thing is that after writing and recording most of it,  Pete had a falling out with the rest of the band, they booted  him and recorded over all his vocal tracks.  A great album nonetheless!  I bought this LP at a Library sale still sealed about 10 years ago and it's been played maybe twice. The shrink has split , but the jacket and vinyl are still excellent with only a very slight ring on the cover. Sounds great and the inside Harvest promo sleeve is in beautiful condition. The gatefold has never been opened.  Please look at all photos/feedback and bid with confidence, I tend to grade conservatively, you will be hard pressed to find a cleaner copy!  If you have any questions please feel free to ask .  Shipping in the US will be 6 dollars insured and sent in a Mylar sleeve and Secure LP Mailer.  International Bidders are welcome but please Contact me BEFORE BIDDING and see conditions below.  Be sure to check my other auctions for more great LP's .  Thanks for looking and Happy Bidding !! .
