Beach Boys 45 with Picture sleeve HEROES AND VILLAINS / You're Welcome

Description

Visually graded vinyl looks VG+ with some light paper scuffing.
No marks can be felt.
The surfaces are NOT "heavily scuffed".
Both labels are free of writing, but the A side (HEROES AND VILLAINS) has a patch of tape residue, see photos.
The textured paper picture sleeve looks VG+ on the front, with no wear, but with 2 very small, very minor stain spots along the top opening edge, and a small letter J is hand-written in the upper right corner.
There is NO wear on the front.
The spine and seams are intact.
The back side has the official BROTHERS RECORDS logo and looks STRONG VG due to some faint, hard-to-see evidence of a water stain in the upper areas.
There's very faint ring-wear ("rubbing", NOT wearing of the printing ink) - this is from the edge of the label, not traditional ring wear from the edge of the vinyl.
The top back of the picture sleeve has 2 more barely noticeable small stain spots, on the sleeve paper, visible from the back side only.

Grading is conservative, using the traditional "Goldmine" grading standard, with a very bright light and checking from many angles.
