Description: This is scarce Japan ONLY PROMO best album ( released in 1973 ) of Beach Boys, comin' with complete appendices. This album includes following 14 tracks. The back-cover shows “Japanese description”. The label of disc is beautiful in white for promotional use. It's hard to find promo copy of this album even in my country nowadays. Scarce item from Japan to serious collector.

Condition: VG/NM ( Cover / Disc )

COVER: Cover is good in condition, except for partly worn corners & lightly outer-edges. It’s lightly discolored on the surface of back, with minor brown spots on its side-rims of back. It’s creased in left top & right bottom corners. Otherwise it has no tear, ring-wear, dent, strip & writing…OK.

DISC: Disc is nearly TOP in condition, keeping glossy. There’re a few spindle-marks on each label. Otherwise it has none of any scuff, scratch & hairline, which can be rated as "NM”. No flaw on the groove…very clean disc, I guarantee you.

OBI: VG+, being creased in left top corner of front & right top of back.

INSERT: EX- ( brown ), being slightly creased on the surface of each side. / VG ( white ), being creased in left top corner, with some minor brown spots on each side.
