Matrix Side A: 50999-6-93300-1-8A RJ STERLING 17953.1(3) Matrix Side B: 50999-6-93300-1-8B RJ STERLING 17953.2(3)
Vinyl Grade - VG+
Close to NM. Just a few light hairlines. All records have been cleaned (see below).
Sleeve Grade - NM
No issues.
Play Grade - NM*
Normally I would list all of the ticks and pops but due to the amount of samples used on this record, it's almost impossible to determine if the crackle is the record of the sample. In this case I noticed 2 x medium level ticks that sounded to be from the vinyl itself.
Other Grades
Labels and inserts NM.
All records have been cleaned using a vacuum-based record cleaner (KAB EV-1 RECORD CLEANER)
* A few notes about play grading:
I play grade through headphones and make note of any obvious ticks / pops / distortion / sibilance / IGD that can be heard above any general background crackle. My setup: Pro-ject Mk II Xpression III turntable fitted with an Ortofon 2M Bronze cartridge, through to a Vincent Pho-8 Phono Pre-amplifier, on to a Cambridge Audio 651A Stereo Amplifier and finally out to a pair of Grado sr225i headphones.
I use Goldmine gradings. If you have any issues, please let me know.
Recycled LP mailers are used for postage, with bubble wrap for extra protection. I will combine postage - in many cases the postage will be the same for one or two records or only a couple of extra bucks, depending on location.
If you have any questions, please ask - I will get back to you within 12-24 hours (usually much less).
