Record and cover are NM.  I am an audiophile (use a Roksan Xerxes 20.1 with Dynavector Te Kaitora Rua cartridge) and grade my records very strictly.  Moreover, I clean all albums with my vacuum cleaning machine (Nitty Gritty 1.5 Fi), so you can be assured the album you are getting is as clean as possible.  I listened to this album one time.
