Description
This is the classic Phil Pearlman "If you are looking for psychedelic music, do not buy this record unless you are looking for psychedelic music" album!! Same guy who did Relatively Clean Rivers, as you probably know. Original copy graded by strict Goldmine standards as a strong VG/VG. Cover has a seam split across the entire bottom, also some moderate wear/ringwear (more on front than back, not bad.) There is a name written in pen on the back cover and the side A label. The LP has some light scratches and looks VG+, but I have playgraded it as a strong VG. For the first few minutes of side one there is a recurring crackly noise that happens with each revolution. After that subsides, the rest of the side plays with occasional light crackle, noticeable here and there and during quiet parts. Side two beings with the same crackly noise but for a much shorter time (less than a minute), and the rest of side two is similar to most of side one, with light noise here and there. Other than that bit at the beginning of the sides, it plays VG+, but I think a conservative grade of VG is appropriate for this rare LP. Note that mint copies of this do play with some noise due to tape hiss. Radish label, cat # AS-0001.
