''THE BEATLES 6th CHRISTMAS RECORD - 1968'

1968 UK FAN CLUB ONLY CHRISTMAS FLEXI DISC & INSERT

This two sided 33 1/3rd flexi-disc was posted free to all UK Fan Club members in December 1968.

It features specially messages from each member, recorded separately and edited together by genius UK DJ Kenny Everett.

The disc is housed in it original colour picture cover & compete with its 'Superpix' sales insert.

CONDITION

Labels: VERY GOOD

Most of the text has rubbed off but some is still visible. No text was ever printed on side 2.

Visual: VERY GOOD

Both surfaces are clean & flat with numerous light hairlines under halogen light but no bends, scratches, bumps or any other major faults.

Audio: VERY GOOD +

A very respectable & listenable example of this rare disc which plays much better than it looks. As with most discs of this type, some light background is audible throughout, however there are no clicks, ticks, jumps or any other major audible faults.

Cover: VERY GOOD

This example bears some general handling wear and toning to the white areas but is free from any writing, tears or other major faults.

Superpix Sales Insert: MINT

  • Strict & grading under strong daylight & directly beneath a halogen desk lamp to UK 'RECORD COLLECTOR' standards.

  • I carefully play every record I sell on a $5,000 Rega P9 turntable at volume and list all visual and audible faults.

  • All the photos in this listing have been taken by myself and are of the actual items for sale.

  • All records are professionally & securely in custom-made record mailing boxes with the disc removed from the cover.

  • Please take a look at my About Me page for more details.
