READ THIS! These records are NOT sold for perfect sound quality. They’re sold for their scarcity and VISUAL grading. They’ve been in storage for a decade, and they WILL play with surface noise that can be addressed with D4 or a VPI cleaning.  I can’t test-play at the minute. Beatles 1975 LP Beatles’ Second Album Toughest “All Rights” Variation in Shrink, NM EX!

Out of all of the “All Rights Reserved” label variations, this one with the disclaimer at the bottom of the Side 1 label on two lines is the toughest to find, and the toughest to complete the catalogue.  A VERY close second is the scrolling up the right side of the Side 1 label variation.  After decades of trying to complete the catalogue with these two variations in EXCELLENT condition or better, I never did complete this one.

And I only recently completed the other one.

Vinyl--- NM/EX.  Side 1 looks unplayed.  Side 2 has two or three extremely light lines that I found with great difficulty.  Otherwise, it looks nearly unplayed.

Plates--- F18/F19.  Machine-stamped asterisk in the dead wax makes this copy pressed in Los Angeles.

Cover--- NM. Shrink is tight.  Cover looks exactly as it did, sitting in the record bin in 1975.  Price code sticker still affixed to the upper right-hand corner.

Breathe Holes--- There are two breathe holes on the front cover.  One is to the left of the word, “She” in “She Loves You.”  The second one is due south, just above Paul’s left eye.

Labels--- NM/EX.  Side 2 label has just one extremely light spindle mark. Side 1 label is perfect.  Disclaimer on side 2 is on five lines in the upper left shoulder of the sliced Apple.

Capitol Inner Sleeve--- VG.  Generic white inner sleeve with die-cut hole for the labels to show is present. Uniformly yellowed moderately.  Some light record outdent and a few finger divots.  Bottom center seam split about one inch long.

A generic inner sleeve will be provided, so as not to damage your original Capitol inner sleeve en route.

RIAA: 12

Never have I seen a copy this resplendent of this rarest Apple label variation.  Leave the front door unlocked for your Beatles collector this Christmas morning, because if you get this for them, they’re going to flip out.

As these records have been in storage for many years, they will play back with crackling and tics, however; a good moisturizing and cleaning with either D4 Discwasher or a VPI machine always clears them up.  Thanks!)
