This extremely rare record is the Beatles blue and white label PROMOTIONAL 45 for the songs DO YOU WANT TO KNOW A SECRET/THANK YOU GIRL, as categorized in Bruce Spizers published book 'Beatles Records On VJ' as VJ 587.DJ1B. This is the THIN PRINT version, with 'Do You Want To Know A Secret' printed on two lines, rather than one, which is much more scarce than any other promo 45 for this song!!! If you don't believe me, please refer to page 46 of Spizers book (bottom right). Both sides are in G to G+/VG- condition, with lots of minor sleeve wear marks, and clean labels that have minor ringwear. HOWEVER, I just play tested this 45, and it sounds much better than it looks, with only minor static in the run-in and run-off grooves!!! There are plenty of minor marks, but it sounds much better! There are NO skips or loud hisses on both sides, and both sides play well! This 45 is VERY RARE, and almost never seen here on eBay. Don't miss bidding on this one!!! You should save me as a favorite seller, as I will be selling my extensive and original Beatles VJ collection over the next few months. All items are original, rare, and usually in GREAT shape!!!
