 RARE Original Scranton East Coast 1ST Pressing. Both Vinyl and Picture Sleeve.   First Pressing on Capitol Records 5715 Released Aug 5, 1966.


Features harder to find East Coast Straight Top Picture Sleeve.  (see pics)


This is not a repro, budget “oldies” reissue, or counterfeit.


The Deadwax matrix reads "T18 #4 / T16 #5" and the Capitol label has the swirl design which makes this the definitive super rare VERY FIRST PRESS ORIGINAL! 


The Picture Sleeve: VG+ to VG++  no side splits, no stains;  shows some top edgewear and very light ring wear on both sides, scuff mark on back cover.  (Please see all pics).  Thank you!


Vinyl: NEAR MINT-  condition.  Very glossy. One very light scuff line side A. 

Labels: NM. Top condition. 



PLAY TESTED: Outstanding Scranton 1st Press sound fidelity.    It plays crisp and powerful throughout with no surface noise! Nice bass!
