Beatles 4-Lot Japanese Pressing 45’s ALL NEAR MINT.

1.     My Bonnie/The Saints (Polydor)
This copy is from the mid-70’s, when Polydor had first acquired the MGM/Verve catalogue from its parent company, PolyGram Records.  If you look on the inner sleeve, you will see those two logos, which at that time, was an advertisement of that acquisition.  By 1981, these logos were deleted from the sleeves.

3.    I’m Happy Just to Dance With You/Tell Me Why (Toshiba)

4.    Nowhere Man/ What Goes On (Toshiba)

Vinyl---All 8 sides of these 45’s are in stunning, blinding Near Mint condition.  There is not one hairline scratch among them under a bright bulb!

Inserts---All the inserts are the fold-open style, with the lyrics printed in English, and the bios in Japanese.  They are all in great condition, looking 99.9% brand new.  The “My Bonnie” insert is a strong VG+, with an occasional very light crease or bend from nearly 40 years of storage.

Kudos to the translator from Japanese to English.  Lord knows I couldn’t do it, but I still get a kick out of how many they got wrong.  I won’t give away all the spoilers, but my favorite one is, “And I held her hand, Ah-Yeeeeeeeeee!!”

Sleeves---All the sleeves are still in very nice condition, with the occasional bend and outdents, but they aren’t bad at all.

This is a great set of Japanese imported singles from the mid-to late-70’s for your collection!
