Beatles 65 Vynil LP Capitol Records Rainbow Ring Scranton Pressing Vintage
Flea Market find in thenearly 2000's.
Because of the fabulous condition of the album, I don't have a lot to share about the condition of the parts.
The record is in practically flawless condition, except for what appear to be very slight "claim marks" on the blank space between the grooves and labels. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the record.
The cover is also practically flawless. There are some very slight ware marks on the edge.
The inner sleeve is in good shape, not flawless. The only flaws are what you would expect from a mylar sleeve; bends and creases.
I'm not sure if the sleeve is the original. It is to my understanding that Capitol/EMI used mylar sleeves for earlier records. But also that they were usually decorated or had logos of some kind on them.
The album is the patented Capitol rainbow ring. Based on my research, this album could very well be from the 1960's, before the Beatles created Apple and left Capitol.
Also, what appears to be the original manufactured wrapping is still on the album; which is probably why it was so well preserved.
