Description

The Beatles' "A Hard Day's Night", comprising LP (EMI Record PMC1230 (XEX 481-3N/XEX 482-3N)), is a rare First Pressing dated July 10, 1964. This is a Variation A copy. 
This album is definately First Pressing, dated July 10, 1964, as all subsequent pressings had as Side 1  'Songs from the film "A HARD DAY'S NIGHT"' squashed up.  See photo of labels confirming this. The internal sleeve is original in that it has the terminology "USE 'EMITEX' CLEANING CLOTH.... etc" (See photo). Please refer to www.thebeatles-collection.com for definitive information on the various pressings and labelling. 
Please note that the actual record cover has the annotation "Mary Reid" on the top right and the actual disc has "MR" either side of the Parlophone "£" sign. In the 1960s if you didn't name your discs you'd probably never see them again! See photos.
