Misprint song makes this a real collectors item!!  2nd song on Aside spell "I should have know better" instead of " I should have known better"

 This superb 1964 * 1st STEREO * pressing is on the black & yellow Parlophone label: PCS 3058 Both labels carry the 'chubby' font (only available on initial 1st pressings) with the 'Sold in UK..' text  No tax/price code is visible in the centre hole of either label.

Housed in a front laminated, tri-flipback 'Garrod & Lofthouse' cover with the 'mid-sized' stereo logo. Complete with its original 'Use Emitex' rice-paper lined inner-sleeve.

Matrix numbers: YEX 126-1 & YEX 127-1

A first-class set with just two or three tiny spindle trails around either centre hole.

Visual: EXCELLENT PLUS

This barely played copy is in remarkable condition. Both surfaces retain their original deep-gloss shines and bear just a few very faint inner-sleeve removal marks in strong daylight but no other surface marks or any scratches whatsoever. Close and careful inspection directly under my halogen desk lamp reveals just a sparkling 'rainbow' gloss and some barely visible inner-sleeve removal/paper hairlines but nothing else. This unusually heavy copy lies 100% flat on the turntable with no signs or dishing or warping.

Audio: NEAR MINT

This incredible sounding copy has clearly received only a few extremely careul plays on top-quality equipment and plays 'as new' throughout.My careful play-check at volume revealed no playwear in either channel - even the easily worn solo on 'And I Love Her' and the two innermost tracks play perfectly. Both run-ins and all bands play without intereference and there are certainly on clicks, pops or any othersuch distractions anywhere.Extremely difficult to upgrade.

A extremely difficult cover to find in this condition, this 1st class example has been correctly and safely stored since purchase in dry, smoke-free conditions. The front panel retains all of its high-gloss laminate with just some tiny edge wrinkles but remarkably no 'thumbnail' creases anywhere. The front opening edge is undamaged with no missing paper & the rear is clean & sharp with no tears or 'feathering'. The rear panel is pristine white and perfectly clean with no handling marks, stains, writing or missing paper. All flipbacks are intact, clean and totally undamaged and both seams are strong, unstressed and unsplit. The spine is clean, square and displays a perfectly worded text.
