The BEATLES. Alpha Omega 2. Bootleg. Four Albums. 56 Beatles songs (9 solo, 1 instrumental). All songs in Stereo! Condition is Goldmine EX vinyl and labels, essentially unplayed, and VG+ box cover. Front Cover and vinyl looks fantastic by any standard. The labels look cheesy and semi homemade (bootleg of course) and the whole set is Unofficial, sold by TV commercials for a few months till Capitol could sue them off the tube! But they look pristine after 45 years stored on a smoke free shelf. 56 Hit Songs, 9 from Solo Albums, 1 instrumental from Yellow Submarine LP ((Why???). Yes, In Stereo. (except Love me do and PS I love you, always Mono). Even back in 1973 Wise Guys realized the value of any Beatles Recording. Preserve everything, don’t destroy anything, clean them up, sort them, compile them, release them in any semi-organized way anyone could think of and, presto, another million selling album, legit or boot! Then mix them up and do it again!! And 50 years later they sell for even more!! Anyways, like true art, they’re great no matter which way you see/hear them! Several incredible tracks. My Sweet Lord and All Things Must Pass by George from 1970. About 5 were A side Number One singles! A follow up set to Alpha Omega 1, 60 more songs! I have posted that set for sale already! Capitol’s response to the high sales of the 2 volumes (8 LPs) led soon to the Red Album and the Blue Album (4 LPs) of Beatles greatest hits essentially in order from Love me do to Let it be. They sold like crazy and these Omega sets faded into history. This vinyl is virtually UNPLAYED. Purchased by me in 1973 while in college. Played a few times but not at all since 1973. All the songs were on other albums. This was just a unique collectible! And the cover is a hoot! See images, actual sale item. Sorry about the typed list of songs I rubber cemented and taped to the inside front cover!! Perhaps it will peel away. The mistakes of youth. Seller is 50+ year collector and keeper of all things Beatles related. Shipped with USPS Media Mail and Global Shipping Program. All purchases ship for $5 total maximum, so browse for others and ask me to delay shipping, save $5 per item. Best. Beatle Lew.
