'ABBEY ROAD'
1969 UK *1st PRESSING* LP
On the dark green Apple label: PCS 7088
The side 2 label omits the 'Her Majesty' title.
Housed in a fully laminated cover with the Apple logo misaligned beneath the rear track listing.
Complete with its original plain white 'Patent No.' inner-sleeve.
Matrix numbers: YEX 749-2 & YEX 750-1
Stamper numbers: 5/GGH & 7/GDH
Disc weight: 153g

Labels: EXCELLENT +
Some spindle marks around each centre hole but no other signs of wear.
Visual: NEAR MINT
Both surfaces are pristine and totally unmarked in strong daylight. Close inspection under my halogen desk lamp reveals just a few barely visible inner-sleeve paper hairlines but other marks or any scratches whatsoever. Both sides lie 100% on the turntable with no signs of dishing or warping.
Play: NEAR MINT
A immaculate sounding copy which has been extremely well looked after and has received just some very careful play on top quality equipment. My careful playcheck at volume reveled no traces of groovewear distortion, background noise, clicks or indeed any other discernable audible wear throughout. Difficult to find better.
Cover
VERY GOOD +
This clean & firm example displays fine high-gloss front & rear panels with just slight storagewear & a few tiny laminate wrinkles but no heavy creasing or other significant signs of wear. There is slight bruising to the corners but both opening edges are clean & undamaged. Both seams and the spine are fully intact and undamaged.

- I carefully play every record I sell on a $5,000 Rega P9 turntable at volume and list all visual and audible faults.
- Unless stated, all records lie 100% flat & play without distortion, jumps or sticks. All sleeves/covers have no writing, splits or tears.
