CONDITION
Disc
Labels: EXCELLENT +
A richly coloured, unworn set with just a small collection of light faint spindle trails around each unworn centre hole.
Visual: NEAR MINT
Pristine 'factory-fresh' deep-gloss playing surfaces which are 'as new' and totally unmarked in strong daylight. Even close examination directly beneath my unforgiving halogen desk lamp fail to show up anything more than a few barely visible wispy paper hairlines. Tough to find a cleaner copy.
Sound Quality: NEAR MINT
This superb sounding disc has received minimal careful plays on top-quality equipment and the sound is clean, warm & clear throughout and free from any of groove/playwear. My single careful play-check at volume detected just a trace of light background in the delicate piano introduction on 'You Never Give Me Your Money' (which is present on most copies) but the other test of quality - the introduction to 'Here Comes The Sun' is clean & distraction-free. You will not be disappointed with this superior sounding copy.
Cover: EXCELLENT
A clean & glossy example with a richly coloured front panel which bears a hint of storage but no 'thumbnail' wrinkles or any other significant wear. The rear panel has a single 'thumbnail-type' crease near the opening edge (visible on the above right image) together with a few small spine wrinkles, but little else to suggest it is over 40 years old. All corners are free from any heavy bumps and there are just a few tiny 'pushes' to the opening edges.
The spine is clean but has a 2cm section of wear midway down. However, all of the wording is complete & both seams are smooth, unstressed and unsplit.
Inner-sleeve: EXCELLENT +
Clean, white & flat with a few soft storage bends in one corner but no writing, tears or seam splits.
