Description

It is a 7" spool of matt backed Racal Zonal tape. It is the famous 'blue' RZ Professional Magnetic Tape.

It is in excellent condition. And will record absolutely faithfully. Well, that's if you can bring yourself to record over what is on it. Frankly, you may decide to keep this recording. Known as the Beatles Acetates, these are tracks that you've heard before, but not necessarily done by the Beatles. For example, the song 'Bad To Me', was released by Billy J Kramer, but have you heard John Lennon sing it? Who released 'Goodbye'? Can't remember? Well it wasn't Paul McCartney was it? No, it was Mary Hopkins. You'll hear songs like 'Yes It Is', where John just fumbles through the words. It's the Beatles alright, but there's something not right about all the songs on this tape. Some you may never have heard before. This is the list of songs:

One And One Is Two, 12 Bar Original, A Day In The Life, Magical Mystery Tour, The Fool On The Hill, Blue Jay Way, Your Mother Should Know, I Am the Walrus, Goodbye, Something, I Me Mine, Yes It Is (some weird goings on in this one), Not Guilty, One After 909, I Feel Fine, Yer Blues.

Recorded in stereo on a 4-track recorder (plays tracks in both directions) at 7.5ips. This tape is so rare, its the only one I know of. In the World. This, or any other in the universe. It is worth a kings ransom. When I think about how much money this reel is worth, well, I find it hard to believe. No, harder than that.

I can't sell you the content of the recording on this reel, I can only offer the reel itself. It's a great reel of tape and would feel right at home in anyones collection. If you are a fan of Racal Zonal, you will not be disappointed, as this reel is boxed and in good shape.
