THE JACKET IS IN FINE CONDITION- CORNER DINGS, PRICE STICK RESIDUE, TORN FRONT LABEL.
THE WAX IS IN MINT CONDITION.
THE LABELS ARE IN MINT CONDITION.

I've been collecting and selling records(blues, jazz, gospel, rock, country, radio promos and the strange and out-of-print stuff), posters and promo displays for the past 30 years and now I'm starting to sell my collection because I have twins on the way! I will trying to list a bunch of records every week so please check back with me and see what all I've pulled out of the stacks.
How do I grade my records?
MINT- There is no such thing unless the record is factory sealed. Even then I will grade the record cover separately from the wax its self.
NEAR MINT(NM)- Pretty much as perfect as you can get. No visual blemishes and plays perfect.
VERY FINE(VF)- Nice and bright gloss but may have a light sleeve scuff or two. Plays excellent.
FINE(F)- Still very nice and bright gloss but may have a small visual scratch/scuff or two. Minimal "hiss" or "pop" during play.
VERY GOOD(VG)- Still has a nice gloss. May have scratches or multiple scuffs that results in multiple "hiss" or "pop" during play.
GOOD(G)- Faded gloss with multiple scratches or sleeve scuffs. Still playable with no skips but with surface noise in parts.
POOR(P)- Little to no gloss left. Some damage, scratches, scuffs, serious wear. I will not sell these unless the record is very, very rare in any condition.
