Description
A nice find for you Beatles collectors:
this is probably not a legitimate copy,
but it's certainly a nice and affordable
"Exact Repro" (Reproduction).
The label pressing ring is larger than
the legitimate and ultra rare original.
HOWEVER, there is a "Machine Stamped"
Bell Sound logo in the dead-wax on both sides.
Both sides also have a hand-etched
"Winchester" logo. The printing on the labels
is not blurry, nor is the photograph of the Apple,
but the detail and colors looks like
a second generation, and the shiny-ness
of the light reflected off the green side is clearer.
The Jacket for this copy seams more like
a legitimate version, with printed, semi-glossy
laminates covering the cardboard.
There's no obvious shelf-wear on the front,
but the rear lamination has light shelf-wear
and light ring-wear. The edges have minor wear,
but no seam-splitting. NO stickers, NO stains,
NO corner cutting or notch or drill hole.
