While not exactly "rare" this Beatles Christmas flexi-disc is not easy to find; especially in this - "overall" - Very Good Plus condition. The following are what I see, but PLEASE SEE PHOTOS to determine the condition that you see - as the item you see will be what you get.
The flexi vinyl ------ looks to have been handled a fair amount, but appears to be in very good-playable condition - I have not played it, tho I don't know if it has or has not been played by past owner(s); the vinyl looks "faded" to me, or it may be a bit dirty (tho I don't want to try and clean it - I'll leave that to you). The label is either all faded to a light brown ----- OR (and I think this to be more likely) the light brown label color "may" be the label-color as it was manufactured, as the label is colored consistently all over AND otherwise looks to be near-mint to me.
The sleeve ------ is a bit faded around the periphery and on the reverse side; the edges are all intact (no seam splits), tho there are a few "slight" wear spots. A very light, partial ring can be seen on the reverse side, but not on the cover side.
The Christmas letter ------ not included.

For any other purchase, shipping will be 5$ for USPS media mail delivery to those in the continental USA. For purchasers (whether BIN or otherwise) in Alaska, Hawaii, and in foreign countries will pay whatever the "standard" going US Postal Service rate will be - contact me via eBay message service with your zip code for an estimate.
Returns - Not pleased ? not a problem - no hastle; return the flexi and sleeve to me (at your cost) in the condition that I sent it to you, and I'll refund your purchase price-less postage.
The payment - PayPal or a cashier's check is preferred - personal checks are fine but we'd wait to ship until your check clears (about 10 days or so).
