BEATLES PROMO EP on Vee-JAY

This item is a 45 RPM EP by the BEATLES on VJ EP 1-903 –Marked "PROMOTIONAL COPY"
Side 1-----MISERY / TASTE OF HONEY
Side 2-----ASK ME WHY / ANNA
This Beatles Rarity is the Version with 4 Blue Cross Bars, VJ and VEE-JAY in Brackets with PROMOTIONAL COPY underneath the Brackets-(repeated twice on each side), sides marked SIDE 1 & SIDE 2, with the 4 song titles all the same size in bold letters.
I am not a skilled record grader, but looking closely at this I see a shiny record surface with no scratches or apparent damage. Some faint, fine lines that one would expect from sliding a record in and out of a sleeve, and perhaps VERY faint partial finger smudges.
The label shows quite nicely with only a bit of darkening and light traces of rubbing wear at the high points, there are no tears, no writing, no stickers on the labels.
Also please note that I have not cleaned this record or label in any way.
When does a record get to be called M- or NM ?? I think that occurs when they look like this one.
I have not played this record.Visual Grading is a subjective matter of opinion and experience, but this it what it looks like to me.
And, no, I do not have the ULTRA, ULTRA Rare Sleeve that came with some of these EP’s---Sorry about that!
Most of my records were collected in the 1960's and 70's, things were a lot easier to find then, and generally less used.
Note that its very hard to photograph records without some reflections in the final image. Actually—the shinier the record the harder it becomes!
