Beatles For Sale 1st UK Pressing MONO.
This is a good average example of this historical and important record. Please don't expect a Mint example but I do grade conservatively.
Overall it plays through really well with just a light crackle. No nasty pops except 3 light ones at the end of What You're Doing as the track ends.
I play grade my records using Record Collector guidings and this one is VG+ on side 1 except I'll Follow the Sun which I rate VG. Side 2 is VG+ and sometimes Ex, however What You're Doing I rated as VG as there was more crackle.
Visually the record has a few surface marks, more on side 1 than 2, which looks Ex. There has been a label on the label of side 1 that has been removed in the past.
The outer sleeve is VG. A minor stain at the top right where the word mono is.
Side 2 matrix is XEX 504-3N. Mother 2 and Stamper AOG.
Side 1 matrix is XEX 503-3N. Mother 1 and Stamper RLA.
The original inner edited sleeve has been replaced at some point with a later emitex sleeve. I also include a Japanese poly inner bag for protection.
