Description

According to the "Beatles Collection website" this is a First Pressing of "Beatles For Sale" Mono copy PMC 1240 Matrix numbers XEX 503-4N & XEX 504-3N Label has "Recording first published 1964" "Sold in the UK" and "The Parlophone Co Ltd" around the bottom rim. The gatefold sleeve by Garrod and Lofthouse is in excellent condition not lifting on the laminate back or front. The spine is fully readable and corners nice and firm. The sleeve shows no noticeable dents, creases or writing. The original EMITEX inner sleeve included . The album  plays loud and crisp with no distortion. The vinyl does have a few  handling marks nothing nasty just average use which don't effect audio from test playing it. No jumps, pops etc. Vinyl graded very good plus. Priced competitively .

GRADING CHART

NEAR MINT. virtually unplayed no visible sign of wear.

EXCELLENT. Minor surface wear that shouldn't have any real effect.

VERY GOOD PLUS. Some light surface marks through handling but nothing nasty and plays well.

VERY GOOD. Some surface wear might crackle certainly on quiet passages or the intro.

GOOD. Lot of visible surface wear but if the record is a loud song might still reproduce the record quite well.

FAIR. Very poor quality and appearance but might still play through without sticking or other defect
