In this auction:

·       “THIS GUITAR (Can’t Keep From Crying)” by George Harrison

·       This is Apple Records P-1885.

·       This is a PROMOTIONAL SINGLE with MONO (monaural) on the A-side and STEREO on the B-side.

·       As you may know, PROMO RECORDS were ONLY released to radio stations and DJs for airplay to promote the song and the artist’s new LP, so they were produced in VERY SMALL QUANTITIES. The LIMITED NUMBER OF THESE PRESSINGS and the fact that they were NOT AVAILABLE/SOLD TO THE PUBLIC have made them rare and very desirable to collectors.

·       This PROMO RECORD was issued in December, 1975.

·       The labels state that this song is “from the LP ‘EXTRA TEXTURE (Read All About It)’ SW 3420”.  

·       “All Rights Reserved…” printing is on the labels and “MFD BY APPLE RECORDs, INC.” is in the perimeter print of the labels.

·       The VINYL is in STRONG VG CONDITION. There is a scuff and some initials written on the full-Apple label.

·       An Apple Records stock sleeve in VG condition is included.
