Description

Mega-rare EP put out by Ticket To Ryde Ltd cashing in on Lorne Michael's plea on "Saturday Night Live" in 1976 for The Beatles to reunite on air.  The compilers of this 7" apparently hoped to use proceeds from the record to incentivize the Beatles into reuniting one last time.  See photo of back cover, in which they even tell the Beatles how much they could make from one sole concert -- with the note that the money could be used to feed the poor!
As for the music, it is unreleased/bootleg quality, so do not expect audio fidelity.  Tracks are composed of an unreleased Apple Records single "Too Many Cooks," with Mick Jagger and John Lennon, some interviews, some unreleased George Harrison/Bob Dylan tracks, and two Beatles/Rolling Stones tracks from the '60s.
Record is number 381 of 500 and comes on colored vinyl.
I have not played this vinyl in 20 years, but it has been stored well, in a plastic sleeve (which I'll of course include with the record), and it does not skip -- though again, sound quality on most of the tracks is variable.  It's more of a collectable/curioso piece, and a sad reminder of the days when the Beatles still COULD reunite.
