THE BEATLES - 'HELP!'
This flawless sounding UK STEREO pressing of their 1965 soundtrack album is on the black & yellow Parlophone label: PCS 3071
Both labels include the 'Sold in UK....' text and 'The Gramophone Co. Ltd...' worded rims.
Matrix numbers: YEX 168-1 & YEX 169-1
Stamper codes: 2/MO & 3/PR
Vinyl weight: 142g
Housed within a front laminated, tri-flipback 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed cover with an outline 'stereo' front indicator.
Complete with its original rice-paper lined 'Use Emitex..' inner-sleeve.

A fabulous unworn set with just a small faint mark from the factory around the side 2 centre hole but nothing at all on 1. Both centre holes even retain a sliver of the original silver centre hole markers.
Visual: EXCELLENT +
Both playing surfaces shine 'as new' in strong daylight and apart from the light scuffs you see in the side 1 run-out, are unmarked in strong daylight. There are a small number of harmless wispy inner-sleeve removal hairlines visible directly beneath my unforgiving desk lamp but no further visible blemishes or wear. Both sides of this fine copy lie 100% flat on the turntable when playing.
Sound Quality: MINT
This copy has clearly been harldy, if ever played and the sound quality during my single careful play-check at volume was flawless. The wonderful warm, clean & clear stereo reproduction is clear & warm throughout with no trace of any groove/playwear distortion or indeed any other audible faults or wear. You won't find a better sounding copy.
Cover: EXCELLENT
A strong and firm example of this striking cover which retains a superb unscratched and unrubbed high-gloss laminate where the only sign of wear is a single 'thumbnail' wrinkle on Ringo's leg. There is some toning along the front opening edge, but the edges themselves are clean, sharp & unworn both sides.
All corners too are in superb shape and free from any bumps or bruising. The easily blemished rear panel is pristine clean & white with no marks or wear to any area. All flipbacks are undamaged and fully intact
Both seams & the unbent spine are smooth, unstressed & unworn undamaged.
Inner-sleeve: EXCELLENT
Clean & crisp with some mild age-toning and storage bends, but no writing, seam splits or tears.
