On offer here, is a mint minus demo copy of possibly the most revered of John's songs. First appearing in 1971 on the 'Imagine' album but not released as a UK single at the time.
By 1975 John had decided to stop recording and become a 'Dad' to new son Sean and so here is his last UK single release, before his death, probably prompted by EMI, realising they were losing a major recording artist.

Visually: MINT - looks unplayed
Audio: NEAR MINT - Side 1 is flawless - Side 2, a very quiet track with just an acoustic guitar backing, has a little static and occasional dust pop, although the groove is pristine
