I am thinning out my vinyl collection and have listed a good number of SOLO BEATLES 12-INCH PROMO RECORDS, so please check out all of my other auctions for something that interests you.
IN THIS AUCTION:
· “ROCK AND ROLL PEOPLE” by John Lennon
· This is Capitol Records SPRO-9917.
· This record was issued in October, 1986.
· This PROMO 12-INCH SINGLE RECORD was issued to promote the Capitol Records LP “MENLOVE AVENUE”. This LP is one of John Lennon’s more difficult-to-find LPs, as it did not sell well for Capitol.
· The Labels of this PROMOTIONAL RECORD have “NOT FOR SALE” printed on them.
· As you know, PROMO RECORDS are particularly hard-to-find these days, because they were ONLY released to radio stations/DJs for airplay to promote the LP and artists.
· The VINYL IS NEAR MINT!!!
· The vinyl came in a Capitol Records stock die-cut poster-board cover which is included in VG+/NM- condition.
