Description
The time has come for me to part with my 50 year old Beatles collection. This collection consists of LP's, 45's, picture sleeves, EP's, 12" singles, picture discs, sealed LP's, test pressings, acetates, promos, box sets, and CD's from the US and the UK. The collection also includes vinyl and CD's from John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, Ringo Starr, and Apple artists. There are numerous rarities in this collection. The vast majority of the vinyl is in NM- to NM condition; I tried not to acquire anything with a grade below that, or attempted to upgrade, although a few of the extremely hard to find items I was unable to upgrade and will have a grade below that. If you are a Beatles collector, be sure to bookmark me as the vinyl I'll be listing will surely be of interest. Here we go; a splendid time is guaranteed for all.
John Lennon-"Nobody Told Me"" 45, a UK import, Polydor POSP 700, released in 1984. This is a very rare promo pressing. This is one sided; the flip side contains a continuous test tone. Side one matrix is: POSP 700 A3; also has "ARUN" and "ORLAKE" etched. Side two dead wax is blank. Vinyl, VISUALLY graded by Goldmine standards, is in NM- condition; it has a couple of light marks and is slightly "cloudy" in places. Labels are in NM condition. Sleeve is in NM- condition, with tip of top right corner pushed; no tears or splits. Rare piece of Lennon vinyl; this is very hard to find.
