Description
John Lennon & Yoko Ono-UK pressing of the "Wedding Album" Box Set, Apple Sapcor 11, released in 1969.
Condition of contents:
LP: NM (visually graded by Goldmine standards)
LP cover: NM- (a tiny bit of "rippling" in the lamination on the front and a repaired 1" tear to the top spine (LP must have been a tight fit))
"Bagism" bag: NM
Film Strip: NM
Postcard: NM
Wedding cake photo: NM
Fold-out poster: NM-
"The Press" book: NM
"The Wedding" poster: NM- (light foxing on the front)
Bottom of box: VG (1 taped corner split, three creased corners)
Top of box: this is the only piece that has some issues. I had to replace one section of the lid (with glue and tape) that was missing and glue the other two corners back together. Not bad, but not pristine (see the pictures). Marriage license is in fine shape. Box has US catalog number of SMAX-3361; it's my understanding that all UK pressings of this LP came inside the US box.
in addition, there are two bonuses included: the postcard and petition that were extras in John's "Sometime In New York City" LP; both are in great shape
