Description
Beatles LP "HARD DAY'S NIGHT". United Artists Records (1st Pressing). #UAL-3366. Issued June 26, 1964.
There are many variations of this record. Most of the issues are surrounding the tune "I'LL CRY INSTEAD" and how it was listed on both the jacket and the record label. This one is one of the RARER combinations with "I CRY INSTEAD" listed on the back of the outer jacket, and "I'LL CRY INSTEAD" listed on the record label. This also indicates that "THIS BOY" alone is credited to MACLEN while later covers also credit "I CRY INSTEAD". In any event, the condition of the VINYL rates as EXCELLENT on the A-Side with only a couple of minor scuffs and actually a little nicer on the B-Side. The only issue on the outer jacket from grading it as MINT would be a small ding on the left side near the spine. Otherwise this is overall a very nice collectible. In NM condition, this LP overall would rate between $300.00 and $350.00, however we can't call it NM so we have priced according to its overall condition and scarcity.
