Beatles LP Magical Mystery Tour Mobile Fidelity Original Master Recording NM Complete

Vinyl--- NM unplayed-looking translucent vinyl.  Looks store stock brand new.

Cover--- Bold, vibrant colors inside and out.  Inner gatefold is very lightly yellowed on the left panel, hardly detectable.  Gatefold seam is muscular and strong, no splits.  The only issue with this cover is that the top seams have moderate shelfwear.  Bottom seams have a small area of shelfwear only at the farthest right.  No seams are split.  Good-looking cover.

Labels--- nice, white and clean, just a hint of dirt on each side.  There is a very extremely light spindle mark on Side 2.  This is one of the copies without the “Side 1” and “Side 2” designations on the labels.

Inner Sleeve--- Rice paper sleeve is present, however, a generic plain white paper sleeve has been provided to protect your inner sleeve en route to you.

Inserts:

The cardboard gatefold advert insert is present, and yellowed moderately.  Otherwise, nice and flat, sharp and bold.  There is light LP outdent to one side, not bad.  No ringwear from it at all. 

(Issued in 1982, I’ll bet that guy who is dressed like Shakespeare is constantly hearing it from his kids after 40 years.  Wouldn’t want to be that guy!)

Geo-Disc flyer is present.  Flat, razor-sharp and NM.

Business Reply Card with the Mobile Fidelity Survey is present.  Flat, razor-sharp and NM.

Certificate of Limited Warranty from Mobile Fidelity is present.  Improperly packaged inside the cover, it suffered some creasing to the lower bottom right corner.  Not badly, though.

Note:  All LP’s ship outside of their album covers in order not to damage the covers during shipment.

(Please note:  Regarding play-testing, my Technics turntable has somehow seized.  The tone arm is stuck in the up position, and I can’t get it to fully return to its cradle.  Is there anyone out there, who can tell me if this is an easy fix?  Thanks!) 

As these records have been in storage for many years, they will play back with crackling and tics, however; a good moisturizing and cleaning with either D4 Discwasher or a VPI machine always clears them up.  Thanks!)
