These 4 vinyl records capture a wide selection of classic recordings by each of the former Fab Four:

--  John Lennon:  Rare U.K. release of three Lennon classics:  “Imagine”/”Jealous Guy”/Happy Xmas (War Is Over) – 45 rpm, 12-inch single (Parlophone 12R 6199), released in 1988 only in the U.K.  Record and jacket are MINT!

--  George Harrison: A Dark Hoarse in ’74 – This LP features songs from George’s concert in Fort Worth, Texas, November 22, 1974 .  Tracks include “While My Guitar Gently Weeps”, “Something”, “Sue Me Sue You Blues”, “Give Me Love”, “In My Life”, “Dark Horse” and more.  Record is MINT; cover is generic white jacket with pasted-on paper insert; EX++.

--  Paul McCartney: The Last Temptation of Elvis – This rare U.K. 2-LP set in includes 26 classic Elvis Presley songs recorded by a variety of artists, including Paul McCartney, who delivers a rousing cover version of the King’s “It’s Now Or Never”.  Other artists include Bruce Springsteen, Robert Plant, Holly Johnson, Dion Dimucci, Hall & Oates and many others, with Elvis himself closing the album with “King Of The Whole Wide World”.  The album was released in 1990 to raise money for the Nordoff-Robbins Music Therapy Centre in London, England.  Both records and the jacket are MINT! 

--  Ringo Starr:  Stay Awake – This album collects many classic songs from Walt Disney’s most celebrated movies, each performed by a different artist.  Ringo is right in his element on “When You Wish Upon A Star”, from the Disney classic Pinocchio, recorded with guest artist Herb Alpert.  Other artists include Bonnie Rait, Harry Nilsson, James Taylor, Sinéad O’Connor, NRBQ, Tom Waits, Suzanne Vega, and many others.  The album is still sealed!
