EXCELLENT 1962 UK *1st PRESSING* 45
On the red & silver Parlophone label: 45-R 4949
Both labels omit the 'Made In Gt. Britain' text.
Correct 'Ardmore & Beechwood' publishing credits for both titles.
The 'ZT' tax/price code is embossed in the centre of the 'Love Me Do' label.
'ZT' codes are also stamped in both runouts.
Housed in an original 'beach' striped Parlophone company cover.
N.B. This is NOT the 1982 reissue.

Condition
Labels: EXCELLENT
A vibrant, clean and bright set with just some spindle trails around the centre of each hole but no marks, writing or missing paper.
Visual: VERY GOOD +
Both sides are extremely bright and clean and display no significant marks or scratches in daylight. Careful inspection directly under halogen light reveals numerous light/wispy hairlines but no major marks or wear to either side. Both sides lie 100% flat on the turntable with no dishing or warping.
Audio: EXCELLENT
The sound on both sides is clear with a surprisingly rich bass and clean, undistorted highs. Apart from some normal light background on each run-in, there is little to fault audibly. There are of course no clicks, jumps, repeats or any other major faults.
Cover: EXCELLENT
Clean and crisp with a Parlophone catalogue number written in one of the upper corners but no tears or splits.
