Description
Offered here is one of the rarest Beatles singles anywhere. This single was released by Capitol of Canada on February 18, 1963, and sold only 170 copies. These original copies are easily distinguishable by their larger hand written matrix numbers. There are also no dashes or numbers after the matrix on either side. This single is hardly ever found in this condition. It's only flaw is the sticker residue on the B-side label.
Release date and matrix information is from "The Beatles Canadian Discography (1962 - 1970) Part 1" by Piers A. Hemmingsen, considered by many to be the foremost authority on original Canadian Beatles records.
